Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are received within 1-12 business days from the date payment has cleared, depending on availability. If we don’t have your item in stock, we will contact you to let you know.Lights Direct ships by Australia Post. When you checkout on our website, the shipping charge is automatically calculated based on your postcode. You can get a shipping quote at any time by going to your shopping cart and entering your postcode in the “Estimate Shipping” box.Lights Direct only delivers to Australian addresses.For questions about availability of your desired items, please contact us.

Privacy & Security

Returns & Replacements

Return Requests will ONLY be accepted via email, fax or post so that both parties have a written record.

Return of Defective Items

Any product that has been used according to the intention and specifications stipulated by the manufacturer and has subsequently found to be defective will be replaced, repaired or refunded by Lights Direct, if returned within 7 (seven) calendar days of the original invoice date.

Return of “Change of mind” items

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

We always do our best to ensure we have all products in stock, however in the case we have sold out we will promptly contact the customer to inform them of any transit delays.

Should we need to order any goods from our suppliers this may add up to 4-6 days transit time.
